🍽️ Steak with Potato Skewers on the Grill

Ingredients
- 4 larger firm-boiling potatoes (cooked)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- 4 beef steaks (approx. 200 g each)
- herb butter
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges. Pluck off the rosemary needles, chop them finely, and mix with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Thread four potato wedges onto each wooden skewer and brush with the herb-oil mixture.
- 2. Also brush the steaks with the oil mixture.
- 3. Place the skewers and steaks on the grill and grill for about 5 minutes, turning them.
- 4. Serve with herb butter.
