🍽️ Steak with Green Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 slices beef fillet (approx. 200 g each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp pickled green pepper (from the jar)
- 50 g whipping cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the fillets in it for 2 to 4 minutes per side, depending on your preference. Then season the fillets with salt and pepper and wrap them in aluminum foil.
- 2. Melt the butter in the pan, then add the green pepper and cream and bring to a brief boil.
- 3. Stir in the mustard and Worcestershire sauce and simmer the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Serve the fillets on plates with the pepper sauce, accompanied by a small salad.
