  3. 3. Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
  4. 4. Heat two tablespoons of sesame oil in a pan over low heat.
  5. 5. Add the pineapple cubes and the grated ginger to the hot pan.
  6. 6. Sauté the mixture, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Pour a small splash of water into the pan.
  8. 8. Let the sauce simmer for about ten minutes until the pineapple is soft.
  9. 9. Puree the soft pineapple mixture finely with a hand blender.
  10. 10. Add the peppercorns to the sauce and stir them in.
  11. 11. Let the sauce simmer with the peppercorns for another five minutes.
  12. 12. Season the sauce to taste with honey, lemon juice, and salt.
  13. 13. Remove the sauce from the heat and set it aside.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  15. 15. Rinse the steaks briefly under cold water.
  16. 16. Pat the steaks completely dry with kitchen paper.
