  2. 2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Lightly coat the steaks with one tablespoon of rapeseed oil.
  4. 4. Place the steaks on the hot grill.
  5. 5. Grill the steaks for about three to five minutes on each side.
  6. 6. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  7. 7. Heat one tablespoon of rapeseed oil in a frying pan.
  8. 8. Fry the potato cubes in the hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
  9. 9. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Heat olive oil in a separate frying pan.
  11. 11. Fry the vegetables in the hot oil for about five minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the vegetables occasionally while frying.
  13. 13. Strip the needles from the rosemary sprigs.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the vegetables with the fresh rosemary needles.
  15. 15. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper at the end.
  16. 16. Plate the steaks, potatoes, and vegetables.
  17. 17. Add some remoulade sauce over the steaks.
