🍽️ Grilled Steak with Crispy Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
- 800 g beef sirloin steak (4 pieces of 200 g each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp herb remoulade
- 2 bell peppers (red and green)
- 2 onions
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 600 g cooked potatoes
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a grill to high heat.
- 2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Lightly coat the steaks with one tablespoon of rapeseed oil.
- 4. Place the steaks on the hot grill.
- 5. Grill the steaks for about three to five minutes on each side.
- 6. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- 7. Heat one tablespoon of rapeseed oil in a frying pan.
- 8. Fry the potato cubes in the hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
- 9. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
- 10. Heat olive oil in a separate frying pan.
- 11. Fry the vegetables in the hot oil for about five minutes.
- 12. Turn the vegetables occasionally while frying.
- 13. Strip the needles from the rosemary sprigs.
- 14. Sprinkle the vegetables with the fresh rosemary needles.
- 15. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper at the end.
- 16. Plate the steaks, potatoes, and vegetables.
- 17. Add some remoulade sauce over the steaks.
