Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 large beetroot
- 5 stalks celery
- 2 carrots
- 25 g piece ginger (1 piece ginger root)
- 1 tsp argan oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into four equal pieces.
- 3. Wash the beetroot thoroughly.
- 4. Peel off the tough skin and trim the ends of the beetroot.
- 5. Cut the prepared beetroot into four pieces.
- 6. Wash the celery stalks thoroughly.
- 7. Remove the stringy fibers from the stalks.
- 8. Wash the carrots thoroughly.
- 9. Trim the hard ends off the carrots.
- 10. Wash the ginger thoroughly.
- 11. Cut the ginger into smaller pieces so it fits into the juicer.
- 12. Feed all the prepared vegetables into the juicer one after the other.
- 13. Stir the fresh vegetable juice well with argan oil.
- 14. Drink the juice immediately to keep its full freshness.
