Ingredients
- 500 g gooseberries
- 140 g sugar
- 500 ml white wine
- 20 g cornstarch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the gooseberries thoroughly, pat them dry, and place them in a pot with sugar and white wine. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water, add it to the gooseberries, and bring to a boil while stirring.
- 2. Serve the soup, for instance, with lemon ice cream.
