🍽️ Fresh Sprout Salad with Peas and Crab Meat

Ingredients
- 150 g pea sprouts
- 100 g peas
- salt
- 150 g crab meat
- 1 untreated orange
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp grape seed oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the sprouts thoroughly.
- 2. Remove any inedible parts.
- 3. Shake the sprouts dry.
- 4. Boil the peas in salted water for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 5. Immediately shock the peas with cold water.
- 6. Let the peas drain well.
- 7. Arrange the sprouts on a plate.
- 8. Add the drained peas to the sprouts.
- 9. Shred the crab meat into small pieces.
- 10. Spread the crab meat over the salad.
- 11. Peel the orange skin to get the zest.
- 12. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
- 13. Mix the zest, orange juice, vinegar, and oil in a bowl.
- 14. Season the dressing mixture with salt.
- 15. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- 16. Serve the salad immediately.
