  2. 2. Cut the beans in half.
  3. 3. Bring plenty of water to a boil and add some salt.
  4. 4. Cook the beans in this salted water for 8 minutes.
  5. 5. Rinse the sprout mix under cold water.
  6. 6. Let the sprouts drain well.
  7. 7. Cut the lemon in half.
  8. 8. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  9. 9. Drain the cooked beans.
  10. 10. Shock the beans with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  11. 11. Let the beans drain again.
  12. 12. Place the beans in a bowl.
  13. 13. Place the nori seaweed sheets in a dry pan.
  14. 14. Roast the seaweed in batches over low heat.
  15. 15. Roast each portion for 2 to 3 minutes.
  16. 16. Let the roasted seaweed cool down.
  17. 17. Tear the cooled seaweed into small pieces.
  18. 18. Rinse the halibut fillets under running water.
  19. 19. Pat the fillets dry with kitchen paper.
  20. 20. Cut the fillets into strips about 2 centimeters wide.
  21. 21. Drizzle the fish strips with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  22. 22. Heat rapeseed oil in a large non-stick pan.
  23. 23. Add the beans and sprouts to the hot pan.
  24. 24. Fry the vegetables over high heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
  25. 25. Stir the vegetables constantly while frying.
  26. 26. Stir in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and the poultry broth into the vegetables.
  27. 27. Fry the vegetables with the liquid for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
  28. 28. Remove the vegetables along with the liquid from the pan.
  29. 29. Keep the vegetables warm.
  30. 30. Pat the fish strips dry again with kitchen paper.
  31. 31. Season the fish strips with salt and pepper.
  32. 32. Add sesame oil to the pan.
  33. 33. Heat the sesame oil.
  34. 34. Fry the fish strips over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
  35. 35. Add the warm vegetables with the liquid back to the pan with the fish.
  36. 36. Gently mix the vegetables and fish together.
  37. 37. Season the dish to taste with the remaining soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  38. 38. Add the remaining lemon juice.
  39. 39. Sprinkle the nori pieces over the finished dish.
