🍽️ Sprout Sandwich with Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 Baby pineapple
- 320 g whole grain bread (8 slices)
- 8 tbsp cream cheese (with buttermilk)
- curry powder
- 80 g sprouts (e.g. alfalfa)
- 100 g vegetable turkey sausage
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple, cut it in half through the middle, remove the core, and slice the flesh into very thin slices.
- 2. Spread four slices of bread generously with about 6 tbsp cream cheese and sprinkle with some curry powder. Place sprouts, pineapple, and the vegetable turkey sausage on top. Thinly spread the remaining bread slices with the rest of the cream cheese and place them on top.
