🍰 Crunchy Honey Triangles with Chocolate

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 egg
- 1.5 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 untreated orange (1 level tsp grated zest)
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 250 g flour (Type 1050)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g chopped almond kernels
- 30 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa content)

Instructions
- 1. Gently heat the honey and oil in a small saucepan over low heat.
- 2. Pour the warm mixture into a large mixing bowl.
- 3. Stir in the egg, spices, orange zest, and orange juice until combined.
- 4. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- 5. Sift the flour mixture over the honey liquid.
- 6. Stir well and knead the dough briefly until it comes together.
- 7. Work the almonds into the dough.
- 8. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
- 9. Shape each part into a roll that is 32 centimeters long and 2.5 to 3 centimeters in diameter.
- 10. Place the rolls in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 12. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 13. Place the dough rolls on the tray and press them down slightly.
- 14. Bake the rolls in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 15. Allow the baked rolls to cool down completely.
- 16. Cut each roll into 14 equal-sized triangles.
- 17. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler method.
- 18. Brush the still warm triangles with the melted chocolate.
- 19. Let the chocolate dry in the air.
