  2. 2. Pour the warm mixture into a large mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Stir in the egg, spices, orange zest, and orange juice until combined.
  4. 4. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Sift the flour mixture over the honey liquid.
  6. 6. Stir well and knead the dough briefly until it comes together.
  7. 7. Work the almonds into the dough.
  8. 8. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  9. 9. Shape each part into a roll that is 32 centimeters long and 2.5 to 3 centimeters in diameter.
  10. 10. Place the rolls in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  12. 12. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  13. 13. Place the dough rolls on the tray and press them down slightly.
  14. 14. Bake the rolls in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
