Ingredients
- 300 g small pointed cabbage (0.5 small pointed cabbage)
- 2 small onions
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp paprika powder (mild sweet)
- 150 ml soy cream
- 100 ml classic vegetable broth
- 3 sprigs dill
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Remove the hard core from the pointed cabbage.
- 2. Wash the cabbage thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the pointed cabbage into thin strips.
- 4. Peel the onions.
- 5. Cut the onions into thin strips.
- 6. Heat the oil in a pot.
- 7. Sauté the onions over medium heat until they are translucent.
- 8. Add the pointed cabbage to the pot.
- 9. Continue to sauté the cabbage for 3 minutes.
- 10. Sprinkle the vegetables with paprika powder.
- 11. Pour the soy cream into the pot.
- 12. Pour the broth into the pot.
- 13. Let the dish simmer for 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 14. Wash the dill.
- 15. Shake the dill dry.
- 16. Pluck the dill leaves from the stems.
- 17. Chop the dill finely.
- 18. Season the cabbage with salt after the cooking time.
- 19. Season the cabbage with pepper after the cooking time.
- 20. Fold the dill into the cabbage.
