Ingredients
- 500 g spiral pasta
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 400 g tuna (without oil, from the can)
- 150 g capers
- 150 g crème fraîche
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in oil.
- 2. Blend the tuna, capers, and crème fraîche with a hand blender, then mix in the onion and garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 3. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and serve with a spoonful of sauce on top.
