  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add some salt.
  2. 2. Cook the spiral pasta in it until al dente (still firm to the bite).
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it briefly with cold water so it does not continue cooking.
  4. 4. Let the pasta drain well.
  5. 5. Wash the broccoli and divide it into very small florets.
  6. 6. Cut the broccoli stalks into small pieces of about half a centimeter.
  7. 7. Pull the salmon into larger pieces.
  8. 8. Whisk the crème fraîche with the cream in a bowl.
  9. 9. Add the eggs to the cream mixture and stir them in.
  10. 10. Add the horseradish and mix everything well.
  11. 11. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir it in.
  12. 12. Take half of the cheese and stir it into the sauce.
  13. 13. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  15. 15. Grease a baking dish with some fat.
  16. 16. Place the drained pasta into the prepared dish.
  17. 17. Add the salmon pieces, the broccoli florets, and the broccoli stalks.
  18. 18. Add the green pepper pieces.
  19. 19. Mix all ingredients in the dish lightly together.
  20. 20. Pour the prepared sauce over the pasta mixture.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the bake with the remaining cheese.
  22. 22. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
  23. 23. Bake the bake for about 30 minutes.
