🍽️ Salmon and Broccoli Spiral Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 200 g broccoli florets
- 350 g spiral pasta
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 300 g smoked salmon
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 300 g whipping cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp horseradish (freshly grated or from a jar)
- 2 tbsp pickled green peppercorns
- 50 g grated pecorino
- 2 tbsp pickled green peppercorns
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add some salt.
- 2. Cook the spiral pasta in it until al dente (still firm to the bite).
- 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it briefly with cold water so it does not continue cooking.
- 4. Let the pasta drain well.
- 5. Wash the broccoli and divide it into very small florets.
- 6. Cut the broccoli stalks into small pieces of about half a centimeter.
- 7. Pull the salmon into larger pieces.
- 8. Whisk the crème fraîche with the cream in a bowl.
- 9. Add the eggs to the cream mixture and stir them in.
- 10. Add the horseradish and mix everything well.
- 11. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir it in.
- 12. Take half of the cheese and stir it into the sauce.
- 13. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 14. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 15. Grease a baking dish with some fat.
- 16. Place the drained pasta into the prepared dish.
- 17. Add the salmon pieces, the broccoli florets, and the broccoli stalks.
- 18. Add the green pepper pieces.
- 19. Mix all ingredients in the dish lightly together.
- 20. Pour the prepared sauce over the pasta mixture.
- 21. Sprinkle the bake with the remaining cheese.
- 22. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
- 23. Bake the bake for about 30 minutes.
