  3. 3. Arrange the fruit slices decoratively on shallow salad plates.

  5. 5. Slice the onions into very thin rings.
  6. 6. Distribute the onion rings over the fruit.
  7. 7. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  8. 8. Remove any damaged or wilted leaves.
  9. 9. Spin the spinach dry.
  10. 10. Add the dry spinach to the fruit on the plates.
  11. 11. Whisk the orange juice, oil, sugar, and salt together in a small bowl.
  12. 12. Season the dressing mixture with salt to taste.
