🍽️ Fresh spinach salad with toasted sesame

Ingredients
- 500 g spinach (frozen)
- 1 tbsp shelled sesame
- 2 spring onions
- 5 tbsp classic vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- salt
- 0.5 organic lemon
Instructions
- 1. Put the spinach into a pot.
- 2. Cook the spinach according to the instructions on the package.
- 3. Heat a pan without oil.
- 4. Toast the sesame seeds in the pan until they are light brown.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 6. Pour the sesame seeds onto a plate.
- 7. Let the sesame seeds cool down completely.
- 8. Wash the spring onions.
- 9. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 10. Whisk the broth in a bowl.
- 11. Add the soy sauce to the broth.
- 12. Add the sesame oil to the broth.
- 13. Add the sugar to the broth.
- 14. Stir the ingredients well to create the marinade.
- 15. Put the cooked spinach into a colander.
- 16. Let the spinach drain well.
- 17. Let the spinach cool down to lukewarm.
- 18. Add the cooled spinach to the marinade.
- 19. Add the sliced spring onions to the marinade.
- 20. Mix everything well.
- 21. Season the salad with salt.
- 22. Cut the half lemon into thin wedges.
- 23. Plate the spinach salad.
- 24. Sprinkle the cooled sesame seeds over the salad.
- 25. Garnish the salad with the lemon wedges.
