🍽️ Fresh spinach and tomato salad with grilled Halloumi

Ingredients
- 250 g Halloumi
- 200 g spinach
- 10 tomatoes
- 1 white onion (sliced into rings)
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp olives
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)

Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the washed tomatoes.
- 3. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 4. Let the spinach drain well.
- 5. Place the tomatoes, spinach, onions, parsley, and olives into a large bowl.
- 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 7. Add the lemon juice.
- 8. Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 9. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 10. Slice the Halloumi cheese.
- 11. Preheat the oven's grill function.
- 12. Place the cheese slices under the hot grill.
- 13. Grill the cheese until golden brown on the first side.
- 14. Turn the cheese slices.
- 15. Grill the second side until golden brown as well.
- 16. Divide the salad onto two plates.
- 17. Place the grilled cheese slices on top of the salad.
- 18. Serve the salad with flatbread.
