  2. 2. Halve the washed tomatoes.
  3. 3. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  4. 4. Let the spinach drain well.
  5. 5. Place the tomatoes, spinach, onions, parsley, and olives into a large bowl.
  6. 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Add the lemon juice.
  8. 8. Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
  9. 9. Mix all ingredients well together.
  10. 10. Slice the Halloumi cheese.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven's grill function.
  12. 12. Place the cheese slices under the hot grill.
  13. 13. Grill the cheese until golden brown on the first side.
  14. 14. Turn the cheese slices.
  15. 15. Grill the second side until golden brown as well.
  16. 16. Divide the salad onto two plates.
