🍽️ Spinach Salad with Tuna and Egg

Ingredients
- 250 g spinach
- 1 red onion
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 300 g tuna can (in its own juice)
- 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly, trim it, dry it in a salad spinner, and tear it into smaller pieces. Peel the onion and slice it into rings. Peel the boiled eggs and halve them. Drain the tuna well and mash it with a fork.
- 2. Arrange the prepared salad ingredients attractively on plates.
- 3. Mix the vinegar and oil well and season with salt, sugar, and pepper. Pour the dressing evenly over the salad and serve.
