Ingredients
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp walnut kernels
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 small smoked provolone cheese
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and let it drain well. Mix vinegar with salt and pepper, then stir in mustard and olive oil.
- 2. Slice the cheese and arrange it with the spinach on the plates, drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with walnuts.
