  1. 1. Rinse the prawns thoroughly under cold water.
  2. 2. Slice the prawns lengthwise and remove the dark vein.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove and finely chop it together with the chili peppers.
  4. 4. Mix the garlic-chili mixture with the lemon juice and olive oil to create a marinade.
  5. 5. Pour the marinade over the prawns and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Cook the prawns on the grill for about 5 to 8 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove any wilted or damaged leaves from the spinach.
  8. 8. Wash the spinach thoroughly and spin it dry.
  9. 9. Crumble the feta cheese roughly with a fork.
  10. 10. Drain the chickpeas well in a sieve.
  11. 11. Whisk mustard, salt, sugar, pepper, and vinegar together in a small bowl.
  12. 12. Slowly stir the oil into the dressing mixture until it is creamy.
  13. 13. Toss the dressing with the spinach, chickpeas, and feta.
  14. 14. Plate the salad and place the grilled prawns on top.
