🍽️ Fresh Spinach Salad with Daisies

Ingredients
- 600 g young spinach
- 0.5 bunch radishes
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch chervil
- 1 piece carrots
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 6 tbsp thistle oil
- herb salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- daisy flowers (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the tough stems and any damaged parts from the spinach.
- 2. Wash the spinach thoroughly in cold water.
- 3. Spin the spinach dry or pat it with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the spinach leaves into thin strips if necessary.
- 5. Wash the radishes under running water.
- 6. Remove the green stems and root ends of the radishes.
- 7. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 8. Peel the carrot using a vegetable peeler.
- 9. Grate the carrot coarsely using a grater.
- 10. Rinse the chervil briefly under cold water.
- 11. Shake the chervil dry to remove excess water.
- 12. Pluck the small leaves off the chervil stems.
- 13. Mix the apple cider vinegar and flaxseed oil in a small bowl.
- 14. Season the dressing mixture with a little black pepper.
- 15. Add a little herb salt to the dressing.
- 16. Pour the dressing over the prepared salad ingredients.
- 17. Toss the ingredients gently to coat them evenly.
- 18. Divide the salad onto four individual plates.
- 19. Garnish each plate with fresh daisies.
