  1. 1. Remove the tough stems and any damaged parts from the spinach.
  2. 2. Wash the spinach thoroughly in cold water.
  3. 3. Spin the spinach dry or pat it with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Cut the spinach leaves into thin strips if necessary.
  5. 5. Wash the radishes under running water.
  6. 6. Remove the green stems and root ends of the radishes.
  7. 7. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  8. 8. Peel the carrot using a vegetable peeler.
  9. 9. Grate the carrot coarsely using a grater.
  10. 10. Rinse the chervil briefly under cold water.
  11. 11. Shake the chervil dry to remove excess water.
  12. 12. Pluck the small leaves off the chervil stems.
  13. 13. Mix the apple cider vinegar and flaxseed oil in a small bowl.
  14. 14. Season the dressing mixture with a little black pepper.
  15. 15. Add a little herb salt to the dressing.
  16. 16. Pour the dressing over the prepared salad ingredients.
  17. 17. Toss the ingredients gently to coat them evenly.
  18. 18. Divide the salad onto four individual plates.
  19. 19. Garnish each plate with fresh daisies.
