  1. 1. Carefully remove the berries from the stems and sort them out.
  2. 2. Rinse the stems under running water, shake them dry, and pluck off the leaves.
  3. 3. Also rinse the arugula, shake it dry, and tear the leaves into smaller pieces if necessary.
  4. 4. Mix the washed strawberry spinach with the arugula and arrange the mixture on the plates.
  5. 5. Let the mozzarella drain well and slice it into thin rounds.
  6. 6. Place the mozzarella slices decoratively on top of the salad.
  7. 7. Rinse the thyme and basil, shake them dry, and pluck off the leaves.
  8. 8. Sprinkle the fresh herbs and the previously prepared berries over the salad.
  9. 9. Whisk the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl to make a dressing.
  10. 10. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the sauce with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Drizzle the finished dressing evenly over the salad.
  12. 12. Serve the salad immediately.
  13. 13. Serve fresh white bread on the side if desired.
