🍽️ Crispy Pizza with Roast Beef and Spinach

Ingredients
- 200 g wheat flour
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 150 g quark
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g leaf spinach
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g chopped tomatoes (can)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 red onion
- nutmeg
- 75 g Gorgonzola
- 200 g pink roasted roast beef (sliced)

Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour with half a teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add the quark, three tablespoons of oil, and three to four tablespoons of cold water.
- 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth and pliable dough.
- 4. Lightly grease a pizza pan with a diameter of about 28 centimeters.
- 5. Roll out the dough and place it in the prepared pan.
- 6. Press the dough up at the edges to form a crust.
- 7. Wash the spinach thoroughly and let it drain well.
- 8. Remove any thick stems or unwanted leaves from the spinach.
- 9. Put the spinach into a pot with lightly boiling salted water.
- 10. Let the spinach wilt until it is soft.
- 11. Drain the spinach and let it drip dry.
- 12. Squeeze the spinach firmly to remove excess moisture.
- 13. Chop the spinach into coarse pieces.
- 14. Peel the onion and slice it into thin strips.
- 15. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin rounds.
- 16. Mix the tomatoes with tomato paste, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- 17. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the dough.
- 18. Distribute the chopped spinach over the pizza.
- 19. Place slices of roast beef on top of the spinach.
- 20. Season the toppings with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
- 21. Arrange the garlic slices and onion strips over the pizza.
- 22. Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese into small pieces and sprinkle it on top.
- 23. Drizzle a little oil over the entire topping.
- 24. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
- 25. Bake the pizza for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
