  3. 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth and pliable dough.
  4. 4. Lightly grease a pizza pan with a diameter of about 28 centimeters.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough and place it in the prepared pan.
  6. 6. Press the dough up at the edges to form a crust.
  7. 7. Wash the spinach thoroughly and let it drain well.
  8. 8. Remove any thick stems or unwanted leaves from the spinach.
  9. 9. Put the spinach into a pot with lightly boiling salted water.
  10. 10. Let the spinach wilt until it is soft.
  11. 11. Drain the spinach and let it drip dry.
  12. 12. Squeeze the spinach firmly to remove excess moisture.
  13. 13. Chop the spinach into coarse pieces.
  14. 14. Peel the onion and slice it into thin strips.
  15. 15. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin rounds.
  16. 16. Mix the tomatoes with tomato paste, salt, pepper, and oregano.

  18. 18. Distribute the chopped spinach over the pizza.
