🍽️ Garlic Spinach with Raisins and Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- 800 g spinach leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 40 g raisins
Instructions
- 1. Remove any wilted or unappealing leaves from the fresh spinach.
- 2. Wash the spinach thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Let the washed spinach drain well so it does not become too watery.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves of their skin.
- 5. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 6. Place the pine nuts in a dry pot without oil or fat.
- 7. Roast the pine nuts on the stovetop until they are golden brown.
- 8. Remove the roasted pine nuts from the pot and set them aside.
- 9. Add olive oil and butter to the same pot.
- 10. Heat the oil and butter together until they are melted.
- 11. Fry the garlic slices in the hot fat for a short time.
- 12. Add the drained spinach to the pot.
- 13. Cook the spinach for about 10 minutes until it is soft.
- 14. Season the vegetables with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 15. Add the raisins and the roasted pine nuts back into the pot.
- 16. Heat everything together briefly so the flavors mix well.
