  6. 6. Remove the spinach from the water using a slotted spoon.
  7. 7. Shock the spinach immediately under cold water.
  8. 8. Squeeze the spinach well to remove excess liquid.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic cloves.
  10. 10. Finely chop the garlic.
  11. 11. Heat half of the butter in a hot pan.
  12. 12. Sauté the garlic briefly until fragrant.
  13. 13. Add the squeezed spinach to the pan.
  14. 14. Sauté the spinach briefly with the garlic.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with salt.
  16. 16. Season the mixture with pepper.
  17. 17. Season the mixture with a pinch of nutmeg.
  18. 18. Place the spinach on a plate.
  19. 19. Cut the remaining butter into small cubes.
  20. 20. Garnish the spinach with the butter cubes.
  21. 21. Serve the dish immediately.
