🍽️ Potato and Spinach Puree with Turkey

Ingredients
- 50 g potatoes (1 potato)
- 25 g turkey breast fillet
- 100 g spinach
- 0.5 small orange
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potato thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the potato completely.
- 3. Cut the peeled potato into small cubes.
- 4. Rinse the turkey breast under cold water.
- 5. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Cut the turkey breast into small pieces.
- 7. Pour 150 milliliters of water into a small pot.
- 8. Bring the water in the pot to a boil.
- 9. Add the potato cubes and the meat pieces to the boiling water.
- 10. Set the stove to medium heat.
- 11. Cover the pot with a lid.
- 12. Let the ingredients cook for 10 minutes.
- 13. Remove any wilted leaves or dirt from the spinach.
- 14. Wash the spinach thoroughly in a large volume of water.
- 15. Carefully pluck the green leaves from the tough stems.
- 16. Chop the spinach leaves roughly with a knife.
- 17. Add the chopped spinach leaves to the pot with the potatoes and meat.
- 18. Let everything cook for another 5 to 6 minutes.
- 19. Check if the potato pieces are soft.
- 20. Ensure that the spinach has completely wilted.
- 21. Squeeze the orange to extract the juice.
- 22. Measure exactly 1 tablespoon of orange juice.
- 23. Add the measured orange juice and the oil to the pot.
- 24. Stir the ingredients well into the cooked mixture.
- 25. Get a hand blender ready.
- 26. Puree the entire mixture finely until no chunks are visible.
- 27. Let the puree cool down to room temperature.
- 28. Feed the animal with the cooled puree.
