🥗 Fruity salad with spinach, arugula and strawberries

Ingredients
- 150 g young spinach
- 150 g arugula
- 250 g strawberries
- 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- freshly grated parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the spinach and arugula under running water.
- 2. Remove any tough stems or wilted leaves from the greens.
- 3. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces if they are too large.
- 4. Let the vegetables drain well in a colander.
- 5. Also wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 6. Remove the green leafy caps from the tops of the berries.
- 7. Cut the strawberries in half or quarters depending on their size.
- 8. Put the balsamic vinegar, sugar, and oil into a small bowl.
- 9. Stir the ingredients vigorously with a fork or spoon.
- 10. Season the dressing to taste with salt.
- 11. Distribute the drained salad onto plates or bowls.
- 12. Place the prepared strawberries on top of the salad.
- 13. Drizzle the dressing evenly over the salad.
- 14. Shave Parmesan cheese over the finished salad.
- 15. Serve the salad immediately.
