🍽️ Garlic Spinach with Zesty Lemon

Ingredients
- 1 kg spinach leaves
- 3 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- juice of half a lemon
Instructions
- 1. Remove all tough stems and wilted leaves from the spinach.
- 2. Wash the spinach thoroughly in cold water to remove any dirt.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves of their skin.
- 4. Slice the garlic into very thin pieces.
- 5. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 6. Add the washed spinach and the sliced garlic to the hot pan.
- 7. Simmer the vegetables for about 10 minutes until the spinach has wilted.
- 8. Season the finished spinach with a pinch of salt.
- 9. Add freshly ground black pepper.
- 10. Drizzle lemon juice over the spinach and stir everything well.
