🍳 Salmon and Spinach Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 200 g salmon fillet
- 200 g mozzarella
- 200 g spinach
- 5 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp butter
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
- 2. Rinse the salmon and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Crumble the salmon into small pieces or cut it into cubes.
- 4. Slice the mozzarella cheese.
- 5. Wash the spinach and shake off excess water.
- 6. Whisk the eggs with the milk in a bowl.
- 7. Heat the butter in an oven-safe pan.
- 8. Sauté the onions over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- 9. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the pan.
- 10. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
- 11. Distribute the spinach, salmon, and mozzarella over the eggs.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection: 160 degrees Celsius, gas: setting 2).
- 13. Bake the omelette for 20 to 25 minutes, until the eggs are cooked through and the mixture is firm.
