  4. 4. Cut the pear in half and remove the core.
  5. 5. Dice the pear flesh into small cubes.
  6. 6. Mix the pear cubes with the banana pieces.
  7. 7. Clean the spinach carefully to remove any dirt.
  8. 8. Peel the cucumber completely.
  9. 9. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  10. 10. Scoop out the seeds from the cucumber.
  11. 11. Dice the deseeded cucumber into small cubes.
  12. 12. Add the banana, pear, spinach, and cucumber to the blender.
