🥤 Fresh Spinach-Cucumber Smoothie with Pear

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small pear
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 100 ml mineral water
Instructions
- 1. Peel the banana and cut it into small cubes.
- 2. Place the banana pieces in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the pear.
- 4. Cut the pear in half and remove the core.
- 5. Dice the pear flesh into small cubes.
- 6. Mix the pear cubes with the banana pieces.
- 7. Clean the spinach carefully to remove any dirt.
- 8. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 9. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 10. Scoop out the seeds from the cucumber.
- 11. Dice the deseeded cucumber into small cubes.
- 12. Add the banana, pear, spinach, and cucumber to the blender.
- 13. Puree all ingredients until smooth.
- 14. Stir the yogurt into the mixture.
- 15. Dilute the drink with water as desired until it reaches the preferred consistency.
- 16. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- 17. Enjoy the drink immediately.
