🥤 Creamy Spinach Curry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 225 g frozen leaf spinach
- 4 tbsp milk
- 600 g yogurt
- 3-4 tsp curry
- salt, pepper from the grinder
- 2 tbsp raisins
Instructions
- 1. Let the spinach thaw at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Roughly chop the thawed spinach.
- 3. Add the chopped spinach, milk, yogurt, and curry to a blender.
- 4. Blend the mixture first on the pulse setting (a setting that automatically turns on and off).
- 5. Then switch the blender to the highest setting and continue blending until smooth.
- 6. Season the smoothie with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Gently stir in the raisins.
- 8. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- 9. Serve the smoothie immediately.
