  6. 6. Blend the ingredients until smooth and fine.
  7. 7. Pour the buttermilk into the mixture slowly and gradually.
  8. 8. Decide whether you want to strain the shake through a fine sieve.
  9. 9. Top up the shake with mineral water.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
  11. 11. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  12. 12. Stir in a little sugar.
