🍽️ Fresh Spinach Buttermilk Shake

Ingredients
- 100 g young spinach
- 100 g yogurt
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 400 ml mineral water (sparkling)
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 2. Remove any tough stems or wilted leaves.
- 3. Let the spinach drain well in a sieve.
- 4. Place the spinach and yogurt into the blender.
- 5. Pour in a small splash of cold water.
- 6. Blend the ingredients until smooth and fine.
- 7. Pour the buttermilk into the mixture slowly and gradually.
- 8. Decide whether you want to strain the shake through a fine sieve.
- 9. Top up the shake with mineral water.
- 10. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 11. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- 12. Stir in a little sugar.
- 13. Add some lemon juice.
- 14. Mix everything well until the flavor is balanced.
- 15. Pour the shake into glasses.
- 16. Serve the shake immediately.
