🍽️ Beef Fillet Skewers with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 600 g beef fillet
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 50 ml rapeseed oil
- pepper (from the mill)
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cherry tomatoes under running water.
- 2. Cut the beef fillet into cubes.
- 3. Make sure the meat cubes are approximately the same size as the cherry tomatoes.
- 4. Place the meat cubes in a bowl.
- 5. Add the lemon juice and rapeseed oil to the meat cubes.
- 6. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 7. Mix everything well so that the meat is evenly coated with the marinade.
- 8. Let the meat marinate for about 1 hour.
- 9. Thread the meat cubes and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers alternately.
- 10. Preheat the grill.
- 11. Place the skewers on the preheated grill.
- 12. Cook the skewers for 5 to 7 minutes.
- 13. Turn the skewers regularly to ensure they cook evenly on all sides.
- 14. Season the skewers with salt after turning them.
