  1. 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice it into rounds about 1 cm thick.
  2. 2. Wash the fish, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  3. 3. Rinse the shrimp under running water.
  4. 4. Rinse two limes with hot water.
  5. 5. Finely grate the zest of one lime and squeeze out its juice.
  6. 6. Slice the second lime into thin rounds.
  7. 7. Coarsely crush the peppercorns in a mortar.
  8. 8. Mix the crushed peppercorns with a generous pinch of salt, the oil, and half of the lime juice.
  9. 9. Thread the fish cubes, zucchini slices, and shrimp alternately onto the skewers.
  10. 10. Brush the skewers with the lime marinade.
  11. 11. Let the marinated skewers rest for 30 minutes.
  12. 12. Stir the yogurt with the remaining lime juice.
  13. 13. Season the yogurt mixture with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
  14. 14. Spoon the dip into small bowls.
  15. 15. Garnish the dip with the lime zest.
  16. 16. Place the skewers along with the lime slices on a hot grill.
  17. 17. Grill the skewers for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them occasionally.
