  1. 1. Rinse the shrimp thoroughly.
  2. 2. Peel the shrimp, but leave the tail fins on for handling.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic cloves.
  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic.
  5. 5. Mix the shrimp with the chopped garlic.
  6. 6. Add the fresh herbs.
  7. 7. Drizzle in the olive oil.
  8. 8. Mix everything well so the shrimp are marinated.
  9. 9. Wash the zucchini.
  10. 10. Trim the ends of the zucchini.
  11. 11. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  12. 12. Cut the zucchini halves into thick chunks, about as thick as your thumb.
  13. 13. Place the zucchini in a steamer insert.
  14. 14. Place the steamer insert over a pot with water.
  15. 15. Steam the zucchini for about 10 minutes.
  16. 16. Rinse the salmon fillet.
  17. 17. Pat the salmon dry with kitchen paper.
  18. 18. Cut the salmon into coarse cubes.
  19. 19. Place 8 wooden skewers in warm water.
  20. 20. Soak the skewers so they do not burn on the grill.
  21. 21. Thread the pre-steamed zucchini onto the skewers.
  22. 22. Thread the salmon cubes onto the skewers.
  23. 23. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
  24. 24. Preheat your grill.
  25. 25. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
  26. 26. Grill the skewers for a total of about 4 minutes.
  27. 27. Turn the skewers regularly so they cook evenly on all sides.
