🍽️ Grilled Skewers with Shrimp, Zucchini, and Salmon

Ingredients
- 16 raw shrimp (headless)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp chopped herbs (e.g. parsley, dill, rosemary)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 zucchini
- 300 g salmon fillet (skinless)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the shrimp, but leave the tail fins on for handling.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Mix the shrimp with the chopped garlic.
- 6. Add the fresh herbs.
- 7. Drizzle in the olive oil.
- 8. Mix everything well so the shrimp are marinated.
- 9. Wash the zucchini.
- 10. Trim the ends of the zucchini.
- 11. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
- 12. Cut the zucchini halves into thick chunks, about as thick as your thumb.
- 13. Place the zucchini in a steamer insert.
- 14. Place the steamer insert over a pot with water.
- 15. Steam the zucchini for about 10 minutes.
- 16. Rinse the salmon fillet.
- 17. Pat the salmon dry with kitchen paper.
- 18. Cut the salmon into coarse cubes.
- 19. Place 8 wooden skewers in warm water.
- 20. Soak the skewers so they do not burn on the grill.
- 21. Thread the pre-steamed zucchini onto the skewers.
- 22. Thread the salmon cubes onto the skewers.
- 23. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
- 24. Preheat your grill.
- 25. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 26. Grill the skewers for a total of about 4 minutes.
- 27. Turn the skewers regularly so they cook evenly on all sides.
