🍽️ Fish and Zucchini Skewers with Pineapple

Ingredients
- 300 g Salmon fillet (kitchen-ready, skinless)
- 300 g Cod fillet (kitchen-ready, skinless)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Zucchini
- 150 g Pineapple
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the fish into bite-sized cubes.
- 4. Place the fish cubes in a bowl.
- 5. Add the lemon juice and mix everything well.
- 6. Rinse the zucchini under running water.
- 7. Trim the ends of the zucchini.
- 8. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into four long strips.
- 9. Take two-thirds of the zucchini strips.
- 10. Cut these into pieces about 1.5 centimeters wide.
- 11. Slice the remaining zucchini part into thin slices.
- 12. Cut the pineapple into small, edible pieces.
- 13. Take a thick piece of zucchini.
- 14. Thread it onto a wooden skewer.
- 15. Add a piece of pineapple if you like.
- 16. Thread a cube of the marinated fish onto the skewer.
- 17. Add a thin slice of zucchini.
- 18. Thread a piece of cod onto the skewer.
- 19. Add another thick piece of zucchini.
- 20. Repeat the sequence until the ingredients are used up.
- 21. Preheat your grill.
- 22. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 23. Grill the skewers until golden brown.
- 24. Turn the skewers occasionally while grilling.
- 25. Remove the finished skewers from the grill.
- 26. Place the skewers in a bowl or on a plate.
- 27. Sprinkle some pepper over them.
- 28. Sprinkle some sea salt over them.
- 29. Serve the skewers immediately.
