  2. 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the fish into bite-sized cubes.
  4. 4. Place the fish cubes in a bowl.
  5. 5. Add the lemon juice and mix everything well.
  6. 6. Rinse the zucchini under running water.
  7. 7. Trim the ends of the zucchini.
  8. 8. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into four long strips.
  9. 9. Take two-thirds of the zucchini strips.
  10. 10. Cut these into pieces about 1.5 centimeters wide.
  11. 11. Slice the remaining zucchini part into thin slices.
  12. 12. Cut the pineapple into small, edible pieces.
  13. 13. Take a thick piece of zucchini.
  14. 14. Thread it onto a wooden skewer.
  15. 15. Add a piece of pineapple if you like.
  16. 16. Thread a cube of the marinated fish onto the skewer.
  17. 17. Add a thin slice of zucchini.
  18. 18. Thread a piece of cod onto the skewer.
  19. 19. Add another thick piece of zucchini.
  20. 20. Repeat the sequence until the ingredients are used up.

  24. 24. Turn the skewers occasionally while grilling.
