🍽️ Meatballs with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 1 bread roll (from the day before)
- 600 g mixed minced meat
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 pinch lemon zest
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the bread roll in a little water.
- 2. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well.
- 3. Add the minced meat, the egg, the parsley, the squeezed bread roll, and the lemon zest to a bowl.
- 4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 5. Knead the ingredients well.
- 6. Form small balls from the meat mixture.
- 7. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- 8. Fry the meatballs in the hot oil until golden brown.
- 9. Turn the balls while frying.
- 10. Fry the balls for 5 to 6 minutes.
- 11. Let the finished balls drain on kitchen paper.
- 12. Serve the balls warm or cold with yogurt dip.
