  1. 1. Cut the meat into large, bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.
  3. 3. Mix the garlic in a bowl with three tablespoons of oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Toss the meat cubes with the marinade until well coated.
  5. 5. Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Wash the red pepper and peel it using a vegetable peeler.
  7. 7. Halve the red pepper, remove the seeds, and chop it into small pieces.
  8. 8. Wash the chili peppers, halve them, remove the seeds, and chop them finely.
  9. 9. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
  10. 10. Heat oil in a pot.
  11. 11. Sauté the chopped onion in the hot oil until soft, without letting it brown.
  12. 12. Peel the remaining garlic and press it into the pot with the onions.
  13. 13. Stir in the pieces of red pepper and chili.
  14. 14. Pour in the broth.
  15. 15. Simmer the sauce covered on low heat for about 30 minutes.
  16. 16. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Blend the sauce until smooth.
  18. 18. Wash the zucchini and slice it into approximately 1-centimeter thick rounds.
  19. 19. Wash the yellow pepper, halve it, and remove the seeds along with all white inner membranes.
  20. 20. Cut the yellow pepper into coarse chunks.
  21. 21. Peel the onions and cut them lengthwise into wide wedges.
  22. 22. Take the meat cubes out of the marinade.
  23. 23. Thread the meat cubes onto the skewers, alternating with the zucchini, pepper, and onion.
  24. 24. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan.
  25. 25. Fry the skewers in the pan for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning them until cooked all around.
  26. 26. Serve the skewers together with the pepper sauce.
