🍽️ Fried Eggs with Bacon

Ingredients
- 2 slices streaky bacon
- 2 eggs
- pepper (from a grinder)
- oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the bacon over medium heat for about 3 minutes on both sides until crispy. Then place it on kitchen paper to drain the fat.
- 2. Crack the eggs and carefully add them to the pan. Fry over low heat for about 5 minutes. The yolk should be warm; you can check this with your finger and fry a little longer if necessary. Season with pepper and serve together with the bacon.
