  1. 1. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the bacon over medium heat for about 3 minutes on both sides until crispy. Then place it on kitchen paper to drain the fat.
  2. 2. Crack the eggs and carefully add them to the pan. Fry over low heat for about 5 minutes. The yolk should be warm; you can check this with your finger and fry a little longer if necessary. Season with pepper and serve together with the bacon.
