🍽️ Fried eggs with sautéed chard

Ingredients
- 1 kg chard
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp germ oil
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 2 tsp granulated broth
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- parsley (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Separate the chard leaves from the stems.
- 2. Wash the leaves and shake them dry.
- 3. Cut out the tough central ribs from the leaves.
- 4. Roughly chop the chard into pieces.
- 5. Peel the onions.
- 6. Dice the onions into small cubes.
- 7. Heat the oil in a large pot.
- 8. Add the onion cubes to the pot.
- 9. Sauté the onions over medium heat until they are translucent.
- 10. Add the chopped chard.
- 11. Stir until the chard wilts.
- 12. Continue to simmer the chard for about 4 to 6 minutes.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and bouillon granules.
- 14. Stir the cream into the vegetables.
- 15. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
- 16. Crack the eggs into the hot pan.
- 17. Fry the eggs to make sunny-side-up eggs.
- 18. Season the fried eggs with salt and pepper.
- 19. Serve the chard vegetable mixture together with the fried eggs.
