  3. 3. Cut out the tough central ribs from the leaves.
  4. 4. Roughly chop the chard into pieces.
  5. 5. Peel the onions.
  6. 6. Dice the onions into small cubes.
  7. 7. Heat the oil in a large pot.
  8. 8. Add the onion cubes to the pot.
  9. 9. Sauté the onions over medium heat until they are translucent.
  10. 10. Add the chopped chard.
  11. 11. Stir until the chard wilts.
  12. 12. Continue to simmer the chard for about 4 to 6 minutes.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and bouillon granules.
  14. 14. Stir the cream into the vegetables.
  15. 15. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  16. 16. Crack the eggs into the hot pan.
  17. 17. Fry the eggs to make sunny-side-up eggs.
  18. 18. Season the fried eggs with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Serve the chard vegetable mixture together with the fried eggs.
