  1. 1. Take a heart-shaped cookie cutter that is 5 by 5 centimeters in size.
  2. 2. Cut a heart out of the center of each toast slice.
  3. 3. Toast the slices until they are golden brown.
  4. 4. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut the bell pepper in half.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds and the white inner walls.
  7. 7. Cut four hearts out of the pepper flesh using the same heart-shaped cutter.
  8. 8. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  9. 9. Place the heart-shaped cutter into the hot pan.
  10. 10. Crack two quail eggs into the cutter.
  11. 11. Fry the eggs into a sunny-side-up egg.
  12. 12. Season the sunny-side-up egg lightly with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Repeat the process with the remaining eggs.
  14. 14. Lightly spread butter on the toast slices.
  15. 15. Place the sunny-side-up eggs in the center of the cut-out hearts.
  16. 16. Place one pepper heart on top as decoration.
  17. 17. Serve the toast immediately.
