  1. 1. Wash the orange thoroughly, pat dry, and grate the peel from two of them. Then squeeze the juice from them together with the juice oranges.
  2. 2. Clean the ginger and turmeric and cut into small cubes. Crush the peppercorns and cardamom with the back of a knife. Clean the rosemary and pat dry.
  3. 3. Heat some olive oil in a hot pot, then roast the ginger, turmeric, orange peel, two sprigs of rosemary, and ground cloves over medium heat for about one minute.
  4. 4. Then deglaze with 300 ml of water and add the tea bags. Simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat.
  5. 5. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve, pour the collected liquid back into the pot, and add the freshly squeezed juice. Warm over low heat, but do not bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Slice the remaining orange and place it in a punch glass or mug together with a sprig of rosemary. Pour the punch over it and serve hot.
