  5. 5. Sprinkle the cabbage with sea salt.
  6. 6. Mix the salt thoroughly into the cabbage with your hands.
  7. 7. Press the cabbage firmly to release the water.
  8. 8. Let the cabbage sit for three hours.
  9. 9. Peel the onion, garlic, and ginger.
  10. 10. Dice the onion, garlic, and ginger finely.
  11. 11. Rinse the chili pepper.
  12. 12. Remove the seeds from the chili and dice it.
  13. 13. Add the chopped vegetables and chili to the cabbage.
  14. 14. Stir everything well.
  15. 15. Add soy sauce, paprika powder, agave syrup, lime juice, and sugar.
  16. 16. Mix all ingredients together.
  17. 17. Peel the mango.
  18. 18. Cut the flesh away from the pit.
