  3. 3. Add the egg yolk, three to five tablespoons of cold water, and a pinch of salt to the flour and butter.
  4. 4. Knead the ingredients quickly into a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  6. 6. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Peel the onions.
  8. 8. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  9. 9. Cut the bacon into small cubes.
  10. 10. Heat oil in a large pan.
  11. 11. Sauté the bacon and onions over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

  13. 13. Remove the pan from the heat and set the mixture aside.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
