  3. 3. Whisk the milk with the eggs and pour the mixture over the bread cubes.
  4. 4. Let the bread cubes soak up the milk for a few minutes.
  5. 5. Cut the bacon into fine cubes.
  6. 6. Peel the onions and chop them finely.
  7. 7. Melt the bacon in a pan until the fat renders.
  8. 8. Add the chopped onions to the bacon and sauté them briefly.
  9. 9. Remove the pan from the heat and let the bacon-onion mixture cool down.
  10. 10. Finely chop the parsley.
  11. 11. Add the cooled bacon-onion mixture and the parsley to the soaked bread cubes.
  12. 12. Knead all ingredients well together until a homogeneous dough forms.
  13. 13. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
