  4. 4. Fry the bacon in a pan until the fat has melted.

  6. 6. Sauté the onions until they are translucent.
  7. 7. Stir the chopped parsley into the onions.
  8. 8. Add the bacon and onion mixture to the bread cubes.
  9. 9. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  10. 10. Whisk the eggs with the milk.
  11. 11. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the bread cubes.
  12. 12. Add the flour and the butter.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Mix all ingredients well.
  15. 15. Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes.
