  3. 3. Cut the wild garlic leaves into fine strips.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add the bacon to the pan and fry until crispy.
  6. 6. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
  7. 7. Stir the cream into the eggs.
  8. 8. Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Add a knob of butter to the pan with the bacon.
  10. 10. Let the butter melt in the pan.
