  4. 4. Let the bacon drain on kitchen paper.
  5. 5. Crack two eggs into a bowl.
  6. 6. Add two tablespoons of milk to the eggs.
  7. 7. Whisk the mixture vigorously with a whisk.
  8. 8. Brush a hot pan with a little butter.
  9. 9. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  10. 10. Stir the eggs gently with a spatula over low heat.
  11. 11. Stop stirring as soon as the egg begins to set.
  12. 12. Top the surface with some bacon.
  13. 13. Sprinkle parsley and chives over it.
  14. 14. Season the omelette with pepper.
  15. 15. Fold the omelette in half.
  16. 16. Serve the omelette immediately.
