🍽️ Crispy Bacon Omelette

Ingredients
- 150 g breakfast bacon
- 8 eggs
- 8 tbsp milk
- butter (for frying)
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chive rings
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bacon into wide strips.
- 2. Fry the bacon in a hot pan until crispy.
- 3. Remove the bacon from the pan.
- 4. Let the bacon drain on kitchen paper.
- 5. Crack two eggs into a bowl.
- 6. Add two tablespoons of milk to the eggs.
- 7. Whisk the mixture vigorously with a whisk.
- 8. Brush a hot pan with a little butter.
- 9. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- 10. Stir the eggs gently with a spatula over low heat.
- 11. Stop stirring as soon as the egg begins to set.
- 12. Top the surface with some bacon.
- 13. Sprinkle parsley and chives over it.
- 14. Season the omelette with pepper.
- 15. Fold the omelette in half.
- 16. Serve the omelette immediately.
