🍽️ Grilled Potatoes with Bacon

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 24 small, waxy potatoes (cooked the day before)
- 24 slices breakfast bacon
- 3 thyme sprigs
- 100 g yogurt
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 tsp freshly grated horseradish
- a dash lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Mix the oil with the chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 2. Toss the potatoes in the oil-parsley mixture until they are evenly coated.
- 3. Wrap one slice of bacon around each potato.
- 4. Thread the bacon-wrapped potatoes onto wooden skewers.
- 5. Place the skewers in an aluminum foil tray and put them on the preheated hot grill.
- 6. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the potatoes.
- 7. Grill the potatoes for about 10 minutes until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
- 8. Mix the yogurt with the sour cream and the grated horseradish in a separate bowl.
- 9. Season the sauce with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 10. Serve the grilled potatoes with the cold horseradish sauce.
