  7. 7. Chop all ingredients roughly into crumbs using a dough scraper.
  8. 8. Knead the crumbs together into a dough using your hands.
  9. 9. Knead the dough only until it becomes pliable.
  10. 10. Grease a quiche or springform pan with butter.
  11. 11. Dust the greased pan with flour.
  12. 12. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface.
  13. 13. Flour the rolling pin as well to prevent sticking.
  14. 14. Roll the dough slightly larger than the pan.
  15. 15. Carefully roll the dough circle off the rolling pin.
  16. 16. Place the dough into the prepared pan.
  17. 17. Press the dough firmly onto the bottom.
  18. 18. Shape a nice edge using your fingers.
  19. 19. Trim excess dough edges with a knife.
