  7. 7. Dip the tomatoes briefly into the boiling water.
  8. 8. Shock the tomatoes immediately in cold water.
  9. 9. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Drain the asparagus.
  11. 11. Shock the asparagus in cold water.
  12. 12. Remove the stem area from the tomatoes.
  13. 13. Quarter the tomatoes.
  14. 14. Wash the arugula.
  15. 15. Spin the arugula dry.
  16. 16. Cut the arugula into thin strips.
  17. 17. Arrange the salad on plates.
  18. 18. Use the asparagus, tomatoes, and arugula for the arrangement.
  19. 19. Whisk 2 tablespoons of oil with lemon juice.
  20. 20. Add vinegar and honey.
